Our CEO Mr Naresh Kumar Mittal passed BSc Engg (Mech) from Delhi College of Engg. Delhi 110006, University of Delhi in 1st  Division in 1969. Thereafter he passed the 1st Class Boiler Proficiency Engineer Examination in 1973 from Boiler Directorate, Govt. of Maharashtra, Mumbai by topping  in the complete state in that year.

        Experience :

• Started the career by working with M/s Atic Industries Ltd., P.O. Atul, Dist. Valsad (Gujarat) as the Utilities  enggineer for 3 years from 1969 to 1972.
  
  
• Total working Experience till date with M/s. Hindustan Unilever Ltd., (formerly known as Hindustan Lever Ltd) : 36 years.
  
  
• Joined Hindustan Unilever Ltd., (HUL) at Sewri Factory, Mumbai as the Asst. Manager (Utilities) in 1972. Worked in the operation and maint of the various utilities plant upto the year 1980 and then promoted as the Project Manager to carry out the construction and installation of the Cogen Plant at Sewri Factory upto the year 1983. The said Cogeneration Plant at Sewri factory was commissioned in 1983.
  
  
• He had worked on the various projects with the Company which are  ranging from setting up the R & D facilities, setting up the various plants at different locations across India, Boilers, HVAC and other utilities etc.
  
  
• He had worked as a Utilities Specialist within the company which included advising the various factories in India and overseas plants of Unilever AAMET (Asia, Africa, Middle East and Turkey) on the operation of the Utilities and Energy Conservation Programme across India and overseas.
  
  
• He had been actively involved in conducting training programmes on Utilities and Energy Conservation in HUL Training Centres, HUL factories across India and in a no. of overseas factories of Unilever.
